I have watched it for a few weeks and it's a lot of fun and they all take their pop music very seriously!

Yeah, it is a pretty good program and I try and watch it every Sunday as well. They tend to feature mostly K-Pop as this is the dominate music in Asia at the moment, but do have 1-2 J-Pop artists a week along with some others from major pop nations like China, Taiwan, Thailand, etc. I can also highly recommend it for the music fan :)
